I spent the morning at a Serrano HOA presentation getting up to speed on the do’s and don’ts of selling property in Serrano. I had been before but felt the need to brush up my skills and see if anything had changed. Selling property in Serrano is just a little different from selling in an area that is not controlled by an HOA. During the presentation they stated that Serrano is currently approaching 4,000 homes but will push to over 5,000 when it is fully developed.
