On my team I have a not so secret weapon named Hengi Manouchehri. Her official title is Transaction Coordinator and she has the graceful ability to keep the paper under control. Hengi keeps control of documents in both paper and digital form. She keeps me on task and makes sure that I do not miss any of the important documents revolving around a real estate transaction.
