I had the pleasure of helping a young family close on their ‘move up’ home in Blackstone, El Dorado. It had the modern features that I’ve come to expect in Blackstone homes, and it sits on an over-sized lot backing to open space. Best of all, the solar features helped to sway my clients with the promise of lower energy bills.
The first homes built some 4-5 years ago are beginning to re-sell in Blackstone. It’s an interesting feeling driving through Blackstone with roughly only 20% of the homes built. The map below gives a little perspective on the entire community once it is completly built out. You can visit the entire community website at Blackstone El Dorado.
If you have not had a chance to visit you should take a few moments to drive through and familiarize yourself with the community. I can envision the day when this is a thriving bustling community and many more families call Blackstone home.
